Happy Labor Day, readers! I won’t exactly be doing this. Instead I woke up at 6 AM to practice Beethoven at 7. Hey, it’s called Labor Day, so you could say that I’m doing the more logical thing.But if you have to say goodbye to summer, this is the dress for it.
Alternate title: “recipe for falling into a manhole.” The first thing I thought when I finished this was, “For goodness sakes, put a barette in your hair. Doesn’t that bother you?” Talking to my illustrations = not a reassuring sign. It seems I’m slowly but surely turning into Renee Zellweger’s version of Beatrix Potter.
Seriously, replace the bunny with a vaguely fashion-related sketch and the resemblance is scary. Don’t worry, I solemnly promise not to start drawing adorable baby-blue bunnies. Maybe.
